With over 35 years of immigration experience, Paul has extensive knowledge in all aspects of immigration law, particularly with the needs of businesses and families.
Since 1998, Paul has headed up an immigration law firm in Seattle, WA. Previously he was managing partner of small firms in Louisville, KY and Birmingham, AL and was Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at both the University of Alabama and the Seattle School of Law.
Paul has written and spoken extensively on immigration. He has held many leadership positions within the American Immigration Lawyers Association including Washington State and Mid-South Chapter Presidents and member of Board of Governors.
Paul is recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America (1999-2013), Washington State Super Lawyer (top 5%) (2005-2013) and was previously selected as Trial Lawyer of the Year, by the Lawyers for Public Justice.
Paul has a long history of work with the National Lawyers Guild Immigration Project recently helping them set up a technical assistance program for AILA members.
